Asgardian Population Now Larger Than Vanuatu and French Guinea

Asgardia, the first citizen space nation and orbital space station, has now accepted over 275,000 citizens into its community.

This population total vaults the space station past Vanuatu and French Guinea as the 180th most populous earth-based nation. It is also ‘rapidly approaching’ the population size of Barbados and Iceland.

Currently Asgardia is undergoing leadership elections which are expected to contribute to growth. Asgardian citizens are free to invite their friends to vote and participate in the construction of a new society.
